What does IATA Accredited Travel Agent mean?+

The accreditation identifies DADEXtravel as a professional sales agent that meets the relevant industry and financial criteria. It enables us to operate within the standardised framework used by travel agencies and airlines.

Can you issue a ticket for every airline?+

We work with a network of more than 80 airlines. Availability depends on the route, fare, market and the airline’s current ticketing authority. We therefore verify every request individually.

Do you handle changes, refunds and complex itineraries?+

Yes. We work with return and multi-city itineraries, fare conditions, changes, refunds and disruption support in accordance with the rules of the relevant ticket and airline.

Is this service only for companies?+
