The website form accepts basic business contact details, the type of request and a concise travel context. It does not request passports, payment cards or document uploads.

02Sensitive details only after agreement
If a full name, date of birth or travel-document data are later required to provide the service, the exact scope and transfer method are agreed during the follow-up. Do not send such data through the initial form.

Support is available to DADEXtravel clients during an active journey, within the agreed scope and through the agreed contact channel. Availability and the contact process are configured before travel.
