One corporate brief
To begin, provide the company or organisation, destination, dates, traveller count and approximate data need. Do not include identity documents in the initial enquiry.
Suitability check
We review the country or region, validity, data allowance and conditions of use. The phone or tablet must support eSIM and must not be locked to one network.
Solution confirmation
Availability, price, coverage and conditions are confirmed before ordering against the current offer for the specific journey.
Traveller materials
Once the solution is confirmed, the traveller receives the eSIM and instructions electronically, ready to install before departure and activate as instructed.

The scope of cooperation is tailored individually. Each eSIM remains a data service supplied through a specific provider and local networks. Price, availability, speed, coverage, hotspot support, validity and any voice services may therefore vary. The conditions confirmed before ordering apply. Device settings and roaming on the primary SIM should be checked separately.
